Any product that is found to be defective within 30 days from the date of purchase will automatically be eligible for a replacement with manufacturer or technician approval.

VoIPHardware.com provides no warranty other than the warranty offered by the manufacturer on the product.

All product(s) labeled as "Defective" will be tested once received by VoIPHardware.com.A no problem found fee will be incurred if product is found free of defects and will be returned at customer's expense.

NON-DOA - UnOpened New in Box Products

Any eligible product purchased within 30 days if unopened and new in box may be returned for a full refund.

Any eligible product purchased more than 30 days ago if unopened and new in box are not eligile for refund. They are eligible for exchanges only.

Unopened and new in box products returned after 30 days but within one year are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Product that is discontinued/obsolete does not qualify for return.

NON-DOA - Opened New in Box Products

Any eligible product purchased within 30 days if opened and not used may be returned for a refund less a minimum of a 20% restocking fee.

Product box must be clean and undamaged,with no usage marks of any kind. If product was shipped manufacturer sealed, it must be returned manufacturer sealed. If product was shipped double-boxed, it must be returned double-boxed. Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. just as the customer received them.

NON-DOA - Used Products
Return Policy Details & Exceptions:

All gateways (Analog, Digital & Cellular), pbx's, channel banks, conference systems, servers and integrated systems, software and special order items are non-returnable. Individual components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

The RMA # issued is valid for 10 days from issue date.
- Product exchanges or replacements will be shipped (Ground Shipping) back to the customer at no additional expense.

Product received without an RMA number or an expired RMA number will be returned unopened.

Product will be returned to customer if found in other than sellable condition.

All software must be in the original factory sealed package to be eligible for return.Electronically transmitted software carries the manufacturer's warranty and return policies only.

CREDITS:
Credits will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
