Payment Methods & Options

VoIPHardware.com offers convenient payment options to help make purchasing with us as convenient and as simple as possible.

Credit Card Ordering

We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Any incorrect information may cause a delay in processing of your order or complete cancellation of your order.

Charging Your Credit Card

Upon completion of checkout, your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount.

VoIPHardware.com will make every effort to fill your order quickly; however delays or backorders do sometimes occur. If this does occur within your order you will promptly receive notification via email with an estimated date of arrival for the backordered item.

If you do not wish to wait for a backordered item to arrive back in, you may request a cancellation for your order, subject to our Cancellation Policies. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item(s), we will assume you have agreed to the delay and ship the item accordingly.

Wire Transfer (International/Domestic)

Wire transfers may be initiated for all orders. Upon placing an order with wire transfer as payment method an email will be sent with banking information. Banking information may also be requested by sending an email to billing@voiphardware.com. Please initiate your wire transfer as soon as possible. A $25.00 must be added to your order to cover bank charges for wire transfer of your payment. Orders with wire transfer as payment method are cancelled within 10 days if the transfer is not received.

PayPal

VoIPHardware.com offers the PayPal payment service. The PayPal payment service maintains your credit/debit card/bank account information and does not share this information with any of its merchants. Simply click on the checkout and click on the PayPal payment option during checkout.

Google Checkout

VoIPHardware.com offers the Google’s payment service - Google Checkout. Google’s payment service maintains your credit/debit card information and does not share this information with any of its merchants. Simply click on the Google Checkout button in the shopping cart to take you to your Google account login.

 

• All International orders will ship in 2-5 business days.
• All orders are shipped by FedEx/UPS. This is the quick delivery method, however delivery times may vary depending on your country. The average is usually between 3-10 business days.
• VoIPHardware.com cannot be held responsible for courier shipping delays. Please keep in mind that we do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
• Please note that you(customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.
• The customer will be responsible for any addtional customs/duties if involved for clearance.
• VoIPHardware.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs/duties policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
• If an item does need to be returned, it should be send so that no customs fees are charged to VoIPHardware.com. This can be done by telling the shipper that the order is a return for replacement (or the item is damaged). If customs fees billed to VoIPhardware.com, customer will be billed for those fees.
• We currently do not ship to all countries.
• Please note that VoIPHardware.com reserves the right to refuse any International order as per our discretion.
