This managed switch is specifically designed for small enterprise workgroups and branch office environments. It offers 8 wirespeed 10/100 Fast Ethernet switch ports and a fixed Gigabit copper uplink for demanding server or backbone connections. The fully manageable platform offers powerful traffic prioritization and security features such as 802.1X and RADIUS server authentication. Power over Ethernet (PoE) support provides a seamless path for integrating wireless access points, IP phones or other PoE devices.

The switch can be securely and remotely managed from a central main office location using a command line interface (serial or SSH), Web-interface (HTTP or HTTPS), or Telnet.

Eight 10/100 Mbps ports, plus a Gigabit copper uplink that support ultra-high speed server and backbone applications.

802.1X and RADIUS server authentication verify both user and device before granting access to network resources for added network security.

IEEE 802.1Q VLAN support, multicast filtering and IGMP querying features allow administrators to effectively segment the network and control traffic flow.

POE support on ports 1, 2, 5 and 6 forward power as well as data to IEEE 802.3af-compatible devices over Ethernet twisted pair cabling.

Supports 128 multicast filter groups and IGMP querying.
